I’m a waver and I really wanted a hat that would keep my hair moist and laid down. This hat does that for me without a doubt! I highly recommend!

Firstly, I bought the patrol cap with the removable liner a few years ago and I always get asked where I got it from! I had a young Airman say it was like a Durag you can wear at work LOL. Anyways, I recall asking about the baseball cap and it is here! Let me say that I love having this lined cap. I’m not huge on drenching my hair with products (after kids my hair is fragile) so having my cap lined really helps prevent my hair from looking too frizzy/crazy from the constant wearing and removing of the cover. One thing I will say is the Velcro does catch some hairs from my bun, could be user error lol. Other than that I don’t think I want to wear any hats if they’re not lined!

I appreciate that there is a company that recognized a need to protect our hair while in uniform! I’ll forever recommend this company. thank you!

As a senior leader, my appearance is VERY important as I interact with various ranks across the branches of service. The most visible thing (of course) is my hair. I would always have to double check my protective style when I took my hat off when I walked into a room for a meeting. Since finding KYHH (I also have the OCP patrol hat), I don't have to worry about it. They understand what it takes to keep my protective style protected. No frizz and it fits as if it was made just for me!!! The hat looks just like your standard tactical ball cap, so you will be in regs. I have introduced many to KYHH. Much love and appreciation for the team that keeps my hair together!!!

Talk about keeping your hair laid, I no longer have to worry about heading in to work and my waves are frizzy. So I can continue to up hold the Regs. The hat brim has a perfect bend in it and on top of that the hat almost fell like it was molded for my head specifically. So all in all, it’s a 10/10 experience and definitely recommend the satin lined tactical baseball cap to all my brothers and sisters in Arms!

It’s clearly very well made. The satin does a great job of not frizzing out my curls, but the exposed cotton on the back strap, and even more so the exposed Velcro always catch at least one piece of hair as I take it off. It’s also kind of shallow for my head, but that’s not a deal breaker. Once I figure out how to cover the Velcro I’ll be able to wear it.
